Galilee Health Institute (“GHI”, “we”) respects your privacy. This notice explains what we collect through the public website at www.ghi.ac.ug and how we use it. It is written in line with the principles of Uganda’s Data Protection and Privacy Act, 2019.

What we collect

When you submit an enquiry or campus-visit request we collect the details you enter: your name, phone number, email address, the topic or programme you are interested in, your preferred contact method, preferred visit date, and your message. We also record technical details needed to protect the form from abuse (such as the time of submission and your IP address).

How we use it

• To respond to your enquiry or arrange your campus visit.
• To help our admissions team follow up on programme and application questions.
• To keep our forms secure and prevent spam.

We do not sell your information and we do not use it for unrelated marketing.

Who sees it

Your request is emailed to the relevant GHI office (for example the admissions desk). Only authorised staff can read it.

The GHI Portal and E-learning

The GHI Portal (ghi.ac.ug/portal) and the E-learning platform (ghi.ac.ug/study) are separate systems with their own access controls. Applications, student records and course activity are handled there and not by this website.

Cookies and tracking

This website does not use advertising or analytics trackers. If a map is loaded, Google may set its own cookies once you choose to load it.

How long we keep it

We keep enquiry details only as long as needed to respond and follow up, and then delete or anonymise them.
